Nanotech Computers Refund Policy

Welcome to our Refund and Return Policy (“Policy”). This Policy outlines the process and conditions for returning products purchased from our website www.nanotech-computers.com or through our mobile applications (“Services”). By making a purchase from our Services, you accept this Policy. If you do not agree, do not make any purchases from us.
Returning Physical Products
For physical products, you can return them within 10 business days from the delivery date for a full refund, as per the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), 2008. To be eligible:
- The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear or damage beyond what’s needed to determine its quality.
- The product must be accompanied by all original packaging and components.
- You, the consumer, must bear the cost of returning the product to us.
- We will issue the refund within 10 days after receiving the returned product, as required by law.
Note: This does not apply to custom-made, perishable, or used goods beyond testing, per CPA exceptions.
Digital Product Refunds
For digital products, such as our mobile applications sold through the Apple App Store, no refunds are provided once they are downloaded or used, as they are considered consumed upon access. If there are any issues (e.g., defects), please contact us at refunds@nanotech-computers.com, and we’ll evaluate on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are not guaranteed. For app purchases, Apple’s refund process applies, which you can access via Apple SupportApple Support.
Services Refunds
For any services purchased from us, such as subscriptions or support, please note that refunds are generally not provided once the service has been activated or performed. If you cancel within 5 days from the agreement conclusion, as per CPA Section 14 for direct marketing, a partial refund may be considered, minus any costs incurred by us.
