Track in seconds

One-tap start and stop from iPhone or Apple Watch, with fast logging of flow, mood, symptoms, discharge and notes.

Smart, age-tuned predictions

Confidence-scored period and ovulation forecasts, plus a cycle-phase view explaining what the body is likely doing right now.

Cycle-length averages, regularity, top symptoms and mood patterns, exportable as a clean, anonymised-by-default PDF for a doctor.

On your wrist

A companion Apple Watch app for cycle day and phase at a glance, one-tap tracking, complications, widgets and Siri Shortcuts.

Private by design

Built to start with the first period

Most cycle trackers assume the user already knows what a period is. Simply Track doesn't. During onboarding, anyone can flag "it's my first period" to unlock a dedicated, always-free education flow. It offers calm, judgement-free walkthroughs of what's happening and how to use pads, tampons, cups, discs and period underwear, before we ever ask them to track anything. That path stays free permanently and stays revisitable for as long as it's needed.

From there, Simply Track works like a best-in-class cycle tracker for every age that follows. It offers one-tap start and stop tracking from iPhone or Apple Watch, second-long logging of flow, mood, symptoms, discharge and notes, and a calendar that shows logged history and predictions together.

Predictions and insights that earn their keep

Cycle and ovulation forecasts are age-tuned and confidence-scored, so a prediction reads as "70% confidence" rather than false certainty. A cycle-phase view explains what the body is likely doing right now: follicular, ovulation, luteal or menstrual. The Insights tab then turns logged history into cycle-length averages, a regularity classification, top symptoms and mood distribution. Sleep, tracked manually or pulled from Apple Health, sits alongside the cycle data rather than in a separate app. When it's time to see a doctor, a clean PDF export (anonymised by default) summarises everything in one document.

Private by design, not by promise

Simply Track needs no account and shows no ads. Data lives on-device. iCloud sync is entirely optional and private, and Face ID locks the app itself. Apple HealthKit integration is opt-in and user-controlled throughout. It's a deliberate architectural choice, not a line in a privacy policy. For a topic this personal, the safest data is the data that never leaves the phone unless its owner chooses to move it.

On the wrist, and in eight languages

The companion Apple Watch app surfaces cycle day and phase at a glance, with one-tap tracking, complications, widgets and Siri Shortcuts for hands-free logging. Free features, including period tracking, the calendar and every first-period guide, stay free forever. A Premium subscription unlocks the daily Log tab, Insights tab and the doctor PDF report. Both the app and its marketing, support and legal site ship in eight languages: English (US/GB), German, Spanish, French, Hindi, Dutch and Brazilian Portuguese.
